WHERE WE DELIVER

MAIA OUTLET currently offers free shipping to customers located in the following countries:

  • United States

  • United Kingdom

  • Canada

  • Australia

  • New Zealand

At this time, we do not ship to destinations outside these countries. If your country is not listed, please contact us at info@outlet-maia.com and we'll be happy to check whether shipping is available.

ORDER PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIMES

Orders are prepared and processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Estimated shipping transit time:

  • 7–10 business days after dispatch

Estimated total delivery time:

  • 8–13 business days

These delivery estimates apply to all supported destinations.

Please note that shipping times are estimates only. Unexpected delays caused by customs, weather conditions, public holidays, transportation issues, or other circumstances beyond our control may extend delivery times.

SHIPPING CARRIERS

We work with trusted delivery partners, including:

  • FedEx (United States)

  • Royal Mail or DPD (United Kingdom)

  • Canada Post (Canada)

  • Australia Post (Australia)

  • NZ Post (New Zealand)

When necessary, we may use alternative carriers to ensure efficient delivery.

Large orders may be shipped in multiple packages. If this occurs, each shipment will receive its own tracking number.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel an order, please contact info@outlet-maia.com as soon as possible and include your order number.

Orders may only be cancelled before warehouse processing begins. Since we prepare orders quickly, cancellation requests should be submitted immediately after purchase.

If your order has already entered processing, cancellation will no longer be possible. Once your package arrives, you may request a return in accordance with our Return Policy.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become available on the carrier's website.

An order is considered successfully delivered once the carrier confirms delivery to the shipping address provided during checkout.

DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY

Some shipping carriers may offer optional delivery services, such as:

  • Leaving the parcel with a neighbour

  • Delivering to a collection point

  • Rescheduling the delivery date

If you choose one of these optional services, MAIA OUTLET cannot accept responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage that occurs after the carrier completes the requested delivery.

Our responsibility for the shipment ends once the carrier records the package as delivered.

Packages that are refused, abandoned, or not collected by the recipient are not eligible for a full refund.

MISSING OR DELIVERY ISSUES

Any claim regarding a missing delivery must be reported within 7 days of the carrier's delivery confirmation.

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend:

  • Checking around your property

  • Asking neighbours or household members

  • Contacting your building management (if applicable)

  • Reaching out directly to the shipping carrier using your tracking number

MAIA OUTLET is not responsible for packages that are lost, misplaced, or stolen after the carrier has confirmed delivery.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please carefully review your shipping information before completing your purchase.

Your address should include:

  • Street address

  • Apartment or unit number (if applicable)

  • City

  • State or Province

  • ZIP or Postal Code

  • Country

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided during checkout.

If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, any additional shipping charges required for reshipment will be the customer's responsibility.

When shipping to an address belonging to another person, you confirm that you have permission to use that address. Responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient once delivery has been completed.
