Please note that returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, or legal reasons, certain products cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods;

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, size, or color, simply request a return for the original product (if eligible) and place a new order once your return has been approved.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
